Blundell Seafoods Ltd. was established
in Richmond, B.C. in 1975, and is
one of the major wholesalers of
seafood products in the Greater
Vancouver and Whistler/Squamish
area. We are one of the leaders
and innovators in the seafood industry,
possessing a state of the art facility
situated on the banks of the Fraser
River in Richmond. We have temperature
controlled processing and packing
facilities and a cold storage facility
that can accommodate 4 million pounds
of fresh and frozen seafood products.
Our 100 foot dock allows us to directly
unload products from a fisherman's
boat and then process it immediately.
Our fleet of refrigerated trucks
ensures optimum freshness and top
quality for the customer.
In addition to dealing with local
seafood, we are also a major importer
of seafood products from around
the world. New Zealand, Southeast
Asia and South America are just
a few areas from which we procure
new and exotic items. This importing
power enables us to offer our customers
and their clientele a wide variety
of flavours of fresh and frozen
products on a daily basis all year
long.
